Richard Lamplough joined Lancaster in 2011. He initially spent 10 years as Head of Marketing and Investor Relations before becoming Chief Executive Officer in 2021. Prior to joining Lancaster he was a Director responsible for marketing at Palmer Capital LLP from 2008 to 2010. Richard began his career in 2002 at UBS Investment Bank, where he was a Director in the Prime Brokerage division working within the Capital Introductions team covering European and US institutions. Richard graduated from the University of Nottingham with an MEng (Hons) in Manufacturing Engineering and Operations Management.
